At iS Clinical, we stand behind the efficacy of our botanical formulations and want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly through our official website.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated Customer Care team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Safely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least 50% full, and include a copy of your original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Apply the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our laboratory receives and inspects your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
